Goal	Universal access to quality care in rural and urban areas in Ethiopia.
Approach	Catalyse the national provision of comprehensive rural health services in Ethiopia to improve health outcomes for children. Establish a scalable model for improving access to and quality of primary health care through the establishment of rural primary health care units, which integrate high quality clinical practices with family/community care. Advocate for government adoption of the established strategy, with a particular focus on integrating rigorous prevention-of-mother-to-child-transmission programmes into the national health policy.
