| Goal | Universal access to quality care in rural and urban areas in Ethiopia.

Establish a scalable model for improving access to and quality of primary health care through the establishment of rural primary health care units, which integrate high quality clinical practices with family/community care.
Advocate for government adoption of the established strategy, with a particular focus on integrating rigorous prevention-of-mother-to-child-transmission programmes into the national health policy.
