Sophie Pullan is the Grantee Assessment and Internal Audit Manager for CIFF. She has responsibility for assessing of all CIFF’s grantee internal controls to ensure that CIFF monies are safeguarded and utilized in the pre-agreed manner. Prior to assuming this role, Sophie served as an Assurance Senior for Plan International, where she gained significant experience in operational and programme auditing, and had particular responsibility for Grant Management and Child Protection audits. Sophie also worked as an Internal Auditor for both Marie Stopes International and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Sophie received her Masters of Arts in Modern Languages from Oxford University, and a Masters in European Politics jointly from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Paris (Sciences Po) and the University of Bath. Sophie also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Charity Accounting and Financial Management from Cass Business School, London, and a Diploma in Charity Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
