Jessica Blankenship is Performance Measurement and Effectiveness Manager. In this role, she ensures that funded programmes are effectively able to analyse and report performance in a timely manner and demonstrate impact consistent with CIFF’s vision. Prior to joining CIFF, Jessica was an independent consultant working with several international non-profit organisations specialising in the monitoring and evaluation of health and nutrition programs. Her focus areas included large-scale micronutrient fortification, infant and young child nutrition, paediatric HIV care and treatment, and therapeutic feeding programs. She received her PhD in International Food Policy and Applied Nutrition from Tufts University and a dual BS in Biology and Chemistry from Elon University. She serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for the Indian Journal of Community Medicine and the Indian Journal of Medical Sciences and has published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
