Gurmeet Kaur is involved in investment analysis; assessing grant proposals for their strategic fit with CIFF goals and investment criteria. She has managed the investment process with two CIFF grantees, the Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative and Tamil Nadu Family Care Continuum and also worked closely with the Portfolio Management function in providing analytical support for Monitoring and Evaluation and other internal processes. Gurmeet is also charged with assessing grant proposals and management of CIFF’s proposal review process in the field of child survival. Prior to joining CIFF, Gurmeet spent several years with American Express in its internal consulting group. She also served in the Susan Dell Foundation as a Grants Officer in India, where she sourced and managed several impact oriented investments in the education and youth livelihoods sector. Gurmeet received her MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
