Alice Lin-Fabiano is involved in the Foundation Performance & Strategy area for CIFF. She is working across the Investment, Programme and Finance & Operations teams to develop an internal framework for measuring overall impact and success at the Foundation-level. Prior to joining CIFF, Alice worked at Morgan Stanley in various departments, including the Microfinance Institutions Group, Global Capital Markets, and Investment Banking and Firm Management. During that time, she also spent one year as the Morgan Stanley Ambassador at the 9/11 United Services Group, where she worked on the disaster recovery efforts. Alice also worked at the Tiger Foundation and Robertson Foundation as a Program Associate, where her responsibilities included researching performance assessment metrics for its grantees. Alice has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University.
